These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the language learning service "Simple Vocab" ("Service") provided by INFIBILITIS CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Simple Vocab is a language learning platform that provides vocabulary registration, AI-powered translation, flashcard study, text-to-speech, and related educational features. The Service supports multiple language pairs including Japanese, English, Thai, Chinese, and Korean.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service offers free and premium tiers. Premium features are available through monthly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your selected language. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For lifetime purchases, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if a material defect in the Service is demonstrated. Refund eligibility is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to: (1) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (2) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (3) infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties; (4) attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (5) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (6) use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; (7) engage in any conduct the Company deems inappropriate.
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company or its licensors. Content you create through the Service (vocabulary entries, notes, etc.) remains your property, but you grant the Company a limited license to use such content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated translations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Service. We will notify users of material changes in advance.
