INFIBILITIS CO., LTD. ("Company", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the "Simple Vocab" language learning service ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. (a) Account Information: email address, display name, profile picture (obtained through OAuth authentication). (b) Learning Data: registered vocabulary, study history, accuracy rates, tag information. (c) Preference Data: UI language, learning language pair settings. (d) Usage Data: access logs, device information, browser information, IP address. (e) Payment Information: payment-related information processed through Stripe (sensitive data such as credit card numbers are not stored on our servers).
We use collected information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Service; (b) authenticate and manage user accounts; (c) deliver AI translation and learning features; (d) process payments for premium plans; (e) provide customer support; (f) improve the Service and develop new features; (g) analyze usage patterns in aggregate form; (h) send important notices and service updates.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) Stripe, Inc. for payment processing; (b) Google LLC for AdSense advertising and OAuth authentication; (c) Manus for authentication infrastructure. The free plan displays advertisements through Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ad Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).
